To be eligible for a return, frames must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with the original case and packaging

Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses are custom made to your prescription and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

Please ensure your prescription details are entered correctly when placing your order.
